As a curious multinational professional, Amanda has developed a unique set of skills and knowledge ranging from high-level strategy to operations. She brings a breadth of experience in project management, strategic planning, succession plan development, change management and training, as well as the development of online courses, having worked in the academic, public and not-for-profit sectors in Canada and the UK. In the private sector she has conducted market assessments and developed business plans to capitalize on growth opportunities abroad. In the research field, she has contributed to climate change policy in Scotland and has also been privileged to work with national Indigenous leaders across Canada furthering the self-determination agenda.

Amanda is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Master’s in International Affairs from the Norman Paterson School at Carleton University, Ottawa and a Bachelor’s with Honours in International Business and Modern Languages from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow and HEC Montréal.

He also acted as spokesperson for collective agreement negotiations and as a conciliator in conflict management. He has conceived and carried out projects of cultural change, process optimization and job restructuring thus contributing to the productivity of companies in supply, retail, food, hotel and public sectors.
